Judith Hummer, a fellow PWCS member, will lead a one-day workshop on developing the skills to manage the free-flowing qualities of watercolor on this exciting but challenging surface. The Delaware Valley Art League (DVAL) was founded in 1947 to promote interest, skill and creativity in the fine arts and to encourage fellowship, exchange professional views, offer educational opportunities through workshops and demonstrations and to sponsor ongoing art exhibitions for the membership.
