Plein Air at the Kuerner Farmhouse

This year we will again have the privilege of painting for the day at the iconic Kuerner Farm that is run by the Brandywine River Museum located in Chadds Ford PA.  A special opportunity, if he is available Karl Kuerner III will come over to the farm that day.  He will share some stories about his observations of Andrew Wyeth painting on the property that is a very special for our plein air day. 

Date and time:  May 18^th, 2016 9:30 to 4:30 pm.

Logistics: 

The farm is owned by the Brandywine River Museum that is located on Route 1 in Chadds Ford, PA along the Brandywine River. We will meet at their parking lot and leave there in as few cars as possible to go to the farm.  There is a restroom and access to water at the site.   More details will be provided after your register.

Reservations: Please make your reservation and pay $ 10 payment to our PayPal on the Philadelphia Watercolor Society Web site.   This covers the cost of opening the site and staffing it for the day.
